CougTech has grown into a “No Charge” business model. This enables us to provide greater service to our students and customer community, by helping them be a part of the solution to their computing needs. Instead of a drop off service, we are now more engaged with the customer, as they work alongside of us to remedy their issues.

Helpdesk Services

  • Remove basic malware / virus infections.
  • Resolve Email / NID / MyWSU / Blackboard / Tegrity issues.
  • Investigate basic hardware and software issues.

Format / reinstall

  • Format computer with desired operating system.
  • Scan for hard drive damage.
  • Remove ALL data including personal files and viruses.
  • Install updates, drivers, and anti-virus.

  • Run array of industry virus scanners to ensure a computer is completely clean.

  • Install Windows onto a Mac computer.
  • Enables you to use Visual Studios, Auto Cad, SQL, etc.
