Using White/Black Lists

Add White/Blacklist Addresses to Proofpoint

  1. Click on "Manage My Account" from an End User Digest email message.


  2. Under the "Lists" section on the left hand side menu, you can select "Safe Senders" (whitelists) or "Blocked Senders" (blacklists)
  3. Select "New" and add the email address or domain of your blocked or allowed addresses as needed. (Same procedure for Blacklist)
